الحمد لله رب العالمين و الصلاة و السلام على أشرف الأنبياء و المرسلين سيدنا محمد و على آله و صحبه أجمعين
أما بعد …
In the light of the suppressive practices committed by the Egyptian army against our people in Egypt from killing the citizens and demolishing and random arrests for no guilt or crime and the spear head in that the intelligence agencies that run this war which only the enemies of the Ummah from Jews and Christians benefit from it.
Therefore we declare that we in Jamaat Ansar Al-Maqdis that we are responsible for targeting the military intelligence building in Al-Ismayliya seeking to purify Egypt from all the dens of criminality and treachery.
Thus we repeat our advice for our people in Egypt to stay away from all the headquarters of the army and police since they are legitimate targets for the mujahidin.
And Allah is the master of His affair, but most people do not know.
