A Statement of Congratulations to the Islamic Ummah upon the Arrival of Ramadan
Praise be to Allah who dignified Islam and the people of Tawhid and Jihad with His support and humiliated polytheism and the people of infidelity and atheism by defeating them. And may prayers and peace on he who was sent with the sword at the end of time, as a herald so that Allah alone is worshiped with no partner, and on his family and companions, and those who follow in his path until the Day of Judgment.
Allah the Almighty said:
﴿شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ فَمَنْ شَهِدَ مِنْكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ﴾
“Ramadan is the month in which was sent down the Qur’an, as a guide to mankind, also clear signs for guidance and judgment between right and wrong. So every one of you who is present at his home during that month should spend it in fasting.” (Al-Baqara: 185)
So we praise Allah to have made us and you reach Ramadan for this year, and we congratulate the Ummah of Islam and the Mujahideen in the path of Allah, who unite in the trenches of dignity and the battlefields of honor, for the arrival of the month of goodness and blessings, the month of the Qur’an, the month of Jihad and the sword, the month of victories and Islamic conquests, the month of pivotal battles in the history of Islam against all the groups that fight Islam, the Battle of Badr and the conquest of Makkah and the Battles of Buwaib, Al-Qadisiyyah, Hiteen, Al-Andalus, and Ain Jalut, the month of martyrdom and sacrificial operations.
And we take these moments of faith to congratulate the Islamic Ummah for the glorious historic victories that were achieved by the Mujahideen against the powers of arrogance and the Zionist-Crusader alliance and the enemies of Islam all over the world, that brought the night upon all the infidel groups and the Crusaders, while bringing the day to their allies and supporters. And today, by the grace of Allah and His mercy, then by the firmness of the Mujahideen and their steadfastness, the enemy is suffering defeat after defeat in all of the battlefields: militarily, economically, and in the media. All of their efforts to smother Allah’s light are in vain, and they make all of their plans and traps fail until the time comes for their departure and for their sun to set. All they have left is to leave defeated from the lands of Islam—with Allah’s permission.
For here are the Mujahideen heroes in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, destroying the fortified headquarters and military bases of the Americans and their NATO allies and their apostate lackeys from the Afghan forces with fantastic operations, and destroying their military barracks one after the other and forcing them to withdraw, humiliated, from there, and praise be to Allah.
As for the Land of the Two Rivers, the lions of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Mujahideen have succeeded by the grace of Allah and His mercy to bring defeat upon the Americans and their Crusader allies and the Rawafidh and the apostates, and break the back of the Awakening Movement, and make the Safavid project in Iraq, which aims to exterminate the Sunni people and take their lands, to fail. And the Mujahideen by the grace of Allah and His mercy have been executing one attack after the other to target the soldiers of the American forces and the Iraqi forces and the Safavid army and their militias, and destroy their headquarters, centers, barriers, and checkpoints. They execute the enemies of Islam and the criminal soldiers one after the other with silencers in broad daylight, and today the Islamic State of Iraq, by the grace of Allah and His mercy, is starting the rounds of regaining control over the areas of the Sunni people that were controlled by the agent Rafidha government in the past, with the assistance and betrayal of some of those who are thought to be Sunni from the Awakening Movement, along with those who participate in the joke of the political process.
As for the Mujahideen under the leadership of the Taliban in Pakistan, they are directing attack after attack by waging fantastic strikes upon the centers and headquarters of the Pakistani army and executing operations that assassinate the leaders and soldiers of the Pakistani forces and intelligence and their apostate lackeys all over the country. And praise be to Allah, they are also purifying Waziristan from the obscenity of the apostate Pakistani forces and their tribal forces through the execution of blessed operations, plucking the heads of the Awakening Movement and agents and spies and cutting off the necks of the prominent leaders and local tribal leaders that were established by the Pakistani army and American Crusader forces to battle Jihad and the Mujahideen.
As for the Mujahideen in the Arabian Peninsula, they were able by the grace of Allah and His mercy to repulse the American aggression and defeat the traitor Yemeni army that is fighting the Mujahideen by proxy for America, killing children and women and destroying mosques to appease America along with the Saud family. The Mujahideen had captured a large number of the Yemeni forces, most of whom were released after they had repented from polytheism and fighting Islam and pledged to not work with the apostate army and the traitor government again. And the Mujahideen have executed several fantastic strikes and Jihadi and martyrdom operations against the Crusaders and their apostate lackeys from the Yemeni forces and Houthi militias which led, praise be to Allah, to the death of many of them. And these days, the Mujahideen are preparing themselves and organizing their ranks for a long-term battle and to trick the apostate Yemeni army to go into the areas where the Mujahideen wish to fight them and defeat them badly, without the army and their masters having the ability to launch air strikes and thus inflict major losses upon the Muslim masses as well as their property, and to take the battle completely from the areas of Abyan and Waqar and other other areas into the capitals of Sana’a and Aden so as to execute Jihadi operations in the widest possible range and to direct deadly strikes against the enemies of Islam, with Allah’s permission.
As for the Mujahideen in Palestine and in Beit al-Maqdis, praise be to Allah and by His grace, they have penetrated the security and military matrix imposed by the Jews and the Hamas government and Fatah and the neighboring Arab countries that protect the Israeli borders from the strikes of the Mujahideen. They have been able to direct several strikes against Israel and its interests in the area. They were also able, by the grace of Allah and His mercy, to form the Shura Council of the Mujahideen in Beit al-Maqdis, which will be, with Allah’s permission, the base of inflicting harm upon the enemies of Allah, the Jews and the Zionists, and to strike painful blows within Israel.
As for the Mujahideen in the Islamic Maghreb, by the grace of Allah and His strength, their power and influence increases day by day, and the radius of their Jihadi front has expanded from Algeria, passing through Mauritania and Nigeria and Mali, to all the North African and Sub-Saharan countries. And the Mujahideen, under the leadership of the Amir Abu Musab Abd al-Wadood, may Allah protect him, have been able to make all the plans and joint military efforts of France and Mauritania fail, along with Nigeria and Algeria, all of whom had tried to destroy the Mujahideen and put a limit to the influence of the Mujahideen that is expanding day by day.
And the Mujahideen, by the grace of Allah and His mercy, have succeeded, along with their Mujahideen brothers from the Ansar Al-Din group, in establishing “The Islamic Emirate of Azawad,” upon more than two-thirds of northern Mali. So here is a new Islamic Emirate applying Allah’s judgment upon the earth, and destroying the pagan buildings and shrines that worship something other than Allah, and ruling the people with the Islamic Shariah. So the Mujahideen of the newborn Islamic Emirate and the Mujahideen of the Al-Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb in these days are preparing equipment and preparing themselves both materially and militarily for a pivotal battle with the Crusaders and their lackeys from the nations of the region, as well as West Africa, who are making failed plans to fight the Mujahideen and wage aggression against the new Islamic Emirate.
As for defiant Somalia, the Mujahideen under the command of the Amir Mukhtar Abu Al-Zubayr, may Allah protect him, have been able by the grace of Allah and His mercy to increase the efficiency of the Jihadi operations and to deprive the Crusader enemy and their apostate lackeys of the initiative and determination to continue the war, after tricking them into the trap of defeat through a tactical withdrawal from the defensive positions in Mogadishu and depleting the abilities of the enemy by executing blessed attacks and operations without restrictions upon the AMISOM invaders and the agent government and its apostate forces, thus penetrating deeply into their military bases and governmental headquarters. The power and influence of the Mujahideen increases in the area day by day after the pledge of allegiance by one tribe after the other to the Amir of the Shabab al-Mujahideen Movement, Mukhtar Abu al-Zubayr, may Allah protect him, to hear and obey. The Mujahideen were also successful with Allah’s approval to break the back of the enemy by taking the fight inside the lands of the attackers by executing a number of blessed operations in their own countries.
As for the Islamic Emirate of the Caucuses, the pace of the Jihadi operations has increased after the Mujahideen were successful in preserving the fruit of their Jihad and unifying their ranks under the leadership of the Amir of the Mujahideen in the Caucuses, Doku Umarov Abu Uthman, may Allah protect him. The Mujahideen were able to sabotage all the plans and traps of the Americans and the Russians and the West to drive a wedge among the Mujahideen, and this happened by smothering the fire of Fitnah that had broken out nearly a year ago among the Mujahideen due to the lies and rumors that were spread and are being spread by the media of the enemy to this day, by playing on the names of some of the Mujahideen who had not attended the council to renew the pledge of allegiance to the Amir of the Mujahideen Doku, may Allah protect him. And this Fitnah was destroyed by the grace of Allah and His strength, and then by the skill of the Amir of the Mujahideen without any losses or bloodshed by referring to the Qur’an and the Sunnah and solving their differences through them. And all the Mujahideen adhered to the rule of Allah and His Prophet, and all the Amirs of Jihad in the Caucuses renewed their allegiance to the Amir of the Mujahideen Doku Umarov Abu Uthman, may Allah protect him, to hear and obey, after they had thrown all of the offers and financial temptations and offers of support for their cause by the West and America against the wall.
The series of successes come one after the other from the other Jihadi fronts such as East Turkistan and defiant Syria…and the Jihadi fronts are expanding and the range of Jihadi operations are increasing all over the world day by day, and the Mujahideen by the grace of Allah and His approval are increasing in number every day across all nationalities and races and languages in nearly all of the Jihadi fronts. They receive their livelihood, and their essential needs are met, despite the shackles that were placed in different fields to stop the Jihadi tide and the financing of the Mujahideen, and despite the vicious battle against the religion of Islam, and despite the great hatred towards Islam across all aspects and through different means and methods and conspiracies.
For these glad tidings and victories indicate an increase in the defeats of the worshipers of the Cross and the polytheists and those who are with them from the traitors among our own people, increasing over every quarter and inch. And here is America, that calls itself the greatest power in the history of humanity, staggering under the blows of the strikes of the Mujahideen, and being dogged by failure and loss everywhere, and the praise and strength belong to Allah.
And as for the greatest victory to be achieved by the Mujahideen, it is the unification of their group, hearts, efforts, and words, and converging upon a single goal which is to establish the Islamic Caliphate, and making their steps fall upon a single path towards the interests of Islam and the Islamic Ummah. And they stand in a single row in the trenches of Jihad, from the borders of China to the Arabian Peninsula to the Horn of Africa to the Islamic Maghreb as a solid structure to face the enemies of Allah, supporting each other so that all religion is for Allah. This historic victory is the greatest victory to be achieved by the Mujahideen in this century; indeed, since the fall of the Islamic Caliphate over a century ago.
For the unity of goal, purpose, conscience, and rank, and the unity of the feeling of responsibility towards the work for Islam and the suffering of the Muslims and empathy and material participation in reducing their suffering and supporting them, and the unity of relations, covenants, and public and hidden alliances among the Mujahideen, are the practical application of the creed of Al-Walaa wal-Baraa. And the creed of Tawhid is the one that had joined the scattered Mujahideen and created a brotherly feeling among them and makes them as one body and one hand and one heart and one entity, such that the enemy of one of them is the enemy of all of them, and the friend of one of them is the friend of all of them. And none of them would surrender something of the Islamic creed or of the general interest of all of the Mujahideen and the Islamic Ummah for their personal gain.
For this unity came to protect the fruits of Jihad and to close the door before the enemies of the Ummah and their agents who attempt to gain their self-interests at the expense of Jihad and the Islamic Ummah, and who trade with the victories of the Mujahideen and steal the fruits of their labor to achieve their own goals and obtain leadership and influence and the ruins of this mortal world. And this unity will pave the road to the Islamic Caliphate without making the efforts of the Mujahideen go to waste and having their victories stolen.
The pledges of allegiance that have been given to the Amir of the Mujahideen Ayman Al-Zawahiri, may Allah protect him, by the Mujahideen in Somalia, the Arabian Peninsula, and the Islamic Maghreb, were the beginning of this Jihadi unity and a pledge to uphold the creed of Al-Walaa wal-Baraa and not to commit violations of this important creed under any conditions or circumstances.
We congratulate the Amir of the Mujahideen Sheikh Ayman Al-Zawahiri and the Amir of the Believers of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mullah Omar, may Allah protect him, and the Amir of the Believers of the Islamic State of Iraq, Abu Bakr Al-Husseini Al-Quraishi, may Allah protect him, and the Amir of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of the Caucuses, the Amir Doku Umarov Abu Uthman, may Allah protect him, and the Amir of the Mujahideen in the Arabian Peninsula, Sheikh Abu Basir Nasir Al-Wuhayshi, may Allah protect him, and the Amir of the Mujahideen in Somalia, Sheikh Mukhtar Abd Al-Rahman Abu Zubayr, may Allah protect him, and the Amir of the Al-Qaeda Organization in the Lands of the Islamic Maghreb, Sheikh Abu Musab Abd al-Wadood, may Allah protect him, and the Amir of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan Mullah Hakimullah Mehsood, may Allah protect him, and all of the Mujahideen who adhere to the creed of Al-Walaa wal-Baraa all over the world:
We say to them, may Allah reward you well, for you are the heart of the revival of the Ummah and a direct factor in saving it from where it was. You, after Allah, were the reason for the restoration and revival of the Ummah that was lost after the fall of the Islamic Caliphate, causing the Ummah to became weak, scattered, and lost from its religion and from achieving the interests of its world, losing the efforts and the goals, with its wealth plundered, with no means, and blind to the facts. For you are the ones who, with your perfumed blood, are watering the trees of life of the Islamic Ummah, under whose shade the Muslims are enjoying the protection of Islamic Shariah.
And therefore, we bless this unity of the Islamic Ummah. We say to it that this unity is based on the firm foundation of the religion of Islam which is being fought by America and the enemies of Islam today. They are trying through all methods to rip apart this unity through threats and financial temptations and governmental positions and false media promotions and creating Fitnah among the Mujahideen all over the world, because those infidels know well what this unity upon the creed of Al-Walaa wal-Baraa means, and what its results would be.
This unity means that the Mujahideen are in agreement that they will not deal with the enemies of Islam in a special way, one by one, nor will they engage in individual relations with them. Instead, they will deal with them with one hand and one position and with one way and relationship. And they reject every constitution or regime other than Islamic Shariah, and they do not believe in democracy and worldly laws at all. Nor will they be governed by international legitimacy. Nor do they accept the infidel laws of the United Nations and its charters. Nor do they adopt the strategy of surrender and submission to the enemies of Allah. Nor do they commit the polytheism of rule by creating legislative councils or participating in polytheistic parliaments. Nor do they utilize methods that appease the West and the infidels. Nor will they be peaceful and friendly towards the infidels or their apostate lackeys. Nor do they seek victory from the enemies of Allah in division and scattering. Nor do they offer the hand of friendship to one of the enemies of Islam, whose hands are covered with the blood of the Muslims, no matter what gifts and temptations they may offer for the concessions on the principles of the Islamic creed and the causes of the Muslims. Nor do they accept anything other than living under the protection and dominion of the Islamic Shariah. They only take the short path, which is the path of Jihad to restore the dignity of the Islamic Ummah and its power and removing one obstacle after the other in the way of the rise of the coming Islamic Caliphate (from ocean to ocean)—with Allah’s permission.
O Ummah of Islam! This is the creed of Al-Walaa wal-Baraa and Tawhid, so all who take a path in which they do not adhere to the creed of Al-Walaa wal-Baraa will be lost and tempted away from the straight path imposed by Allah to be followed by all Muslims to victory and success in this world and the afterlife. The Almighty said:
﴿وَأَنَّ هَذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ﴾
“Verily, this is My way, leading straight: follow it: follow not other paths: they will scatter you about from His great path: thus doth He command you, that ye may be righteous.” (Al-Anaam: 153)
This is the same path that we ask of Allah the Glorified and Exalted to be guided upon every time we pray:
﴿اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ.صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ﴾
“Show us the straight way, the way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose portion is not wrath, and who go not astray.” (Al-Fatiha: 6-7)
The Islamic Ummah must adhere to the creed of Al-Walaa wal-Baraa, without which no one could take the straight path that is the guarantee of success and victory in this life and the hereafter.
The Mujahideen, by the grace of Allah and His mercy, have taken the straight path, unifying their ranks and adhering to the creed Al-Walaa wal-Baraa. Here they are giving all of their efforts to recreate the basic foundation of the hierarchy of the Islamic Ummah and the unity of the Muslims on the basis of the creed of Tawhid, and building relations between Muslims with the links of Islamic culture and boycotting ignorant cultures and tearing up the deals of Sykes-Picot that had torn apart the body of the Ummah, and repairing what was ruined by the Crusader battles in the Islamic countries since the fall of the Islamic Caliphate, which led to the waging of slanderous campaigns against the pure creed of Islam and its Mujahideen men, and reviving the nonsense of ignorance, and spreading degradation and pornography, and pushing away the pious scholars from the centers of direction and authority and leadership, and intellectual invasions through education, culture, and media that bear the Orientalist banner to glorify Western values and demean Islamic values.
The Mujahideen leaders, by the grace of Allah and His mercy, despite their Jihad, continue to fulfill the responsibility of Islamic Da’wa and guiding the Ummah to its goodness and sanctity and showing the Shariah position for every incident. The Mujahideen were able—if only for a limited time—by the grace of Allah and His mercy, in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, the Arabian Peninsula, the Islamic Maghreb, Somalia, and the Caucuses, to make people taste the sweetness of the Islamic Caliphate by ruling over people with Allah’s Shariah and establishing Islamic Emirates in the regions they controlled which offered good models for the pure Islamic order.
These efforts of the Mujahideen which they are implementing on the ground are reforming the Islamic Ummah and returning it to its glory and righteousness, but so too are the Mujahideen implementing these efforts in the media field to break the media blockade imposed by the enemies of the religion, deter the smear campaigns, and expose the tricks of the enemies, their lies, their machinations, and their imaginary victories. They revealed the reality of the Crusaders and the Jews and their apostate lackeys and the realities of their morals, principles, and heinous destinies. They have liberated the Islamic Ummah from defeated thinkers and the advocates for the West and their false methods and increased the cultural awareness of the Islamic Ummah and educated it with the Jihadi method and the Islamic creed. The countless publishing of video and audio releases, Jihadi magazines, Shariah research, analytical articles, and Islamic rulings. And do not forget here the role of the Jihadi websites, networks, and forums in the field of Da’wa, transmission, the awareness of the Ummah, and the delivery of the voice of the Mujahideen to Muslims.
The Jihadi media journey that had begun from Studies Center and the Al-Nidaa website has today, by the grace of Allah and His mercy, came to be the large Jihadi media institutions that translate and publish Jihadi thought and the news of the Jihadi fields and the releases of the Mujahideen in most of the languages of the Islamic countries and the European world. The Jihadi media succeeded, despite a lack of capabilities and methods to defeat the Zionist-Crusader American enemy and its allies and lackeys who employed in this media war all of the methods that came to their mind and all that had been achieved by Crusader technology, including Hollywood studios, the study centers, cultural institutions, and thousands of channels and media broadcasts and advertising networks. And the enemy admitted their defeat and the superiority of the Jihadi media over their trickery and media magic in the battle of ideas and the war to win hearts and minds, and the praise belongs to Allah.
So, O Muslim Ummah: Glad tidings after glad tiding has come, praise be to Allah, from the fields of the Islamic world, and the Mujahideen are winning day after day. The head of infidelity, America, and its allies have only a little time until they run away from the lands of the Muslims, humiliated, with Allah’s permissions.
In conclusion, we call upon the Muslims in the holy month of Ramadan…the month of sacrifices and generosity and giving in the path of Allah, to break all of the shackles and remove all of the barriers established by the enemies of Allah and their lackeys from the unjust rulers to isolate you from the Mujahideen and prevent you from helping the Mujahideen with the self and money. So go forth and drop your shackles to raise Allah’s word and stand with the Mujahideen. Link your hands with theirs and support them with all that you can. If you cannot do this, then the least you can do is to support them with prayers and pray against their enemies, and boycott all that is against Jihad and the Mujahideen and that stands as a barrier between you and them. Take the path of Jihad, and do not forget your brothers and sisters in the prisons of the Crusaders and the Zionists and their lackeys from the oppressive, corrupting rulers. Lie in wait for the Crusaders and Zionists and capture them whenever you can, so as to release through them the Muslim men and women who are imprisoned. Rise to support your oppressed Muslim brothers in Arakan and Syria and other invaded Islamic lands, and those who require food and medicine and refuge, and make effort in Jihad and for the Mujahideen, so that Allah will give you a multiplied reward in this blessed month.
O Allah, support Jihad and the Mujahideen and protect them from all harm. O Allah, make their shooting accurate and their feet steady.
O Allah, make their hearts friendly towards each other. O Allah, accept their pure martyrs.
O Allah, heal their wounded and the sick of the Muslims.
O Allah, help the oppressed among the believers, release the imprisoned from among the Muslims everywhere. Give them all release, and an exit from all trouble, and safety from all hardship.
O Allah, protect them in what is in their hands and behind them and from their left and their right and from above them, and protect them with Your greatness from being attacked from beneath.
O Allah, pour Your mercy upon them, and do not give power to an oppressive person against them.
O Allah, whoever wishes ill to Islam and the Muslims, occupy him with himself and make his evil backfire upon him and make his plans destroy him, O Allah of the heavens.
O Allah, make us like those who support Your religion and not like those who let down Jihad and the Mujahideen.
O Allah, lift from this Ummah humiliation and disgrace and make it have the garb of honor and dignity.
O Allah, make the criminal tyrants perish, and torture them at the hands of the Mujahideen.
O Allah, accept our fast and our rising and our worship.
O Allah, You are forgiving and good, and You love forgiveness, so forgive us.
O Allah, make this year of ours to be the year of victory and conquest.
O Allah, grant us empowerment and victory.
O Allah, protect the people of Islam everywhere, and praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe.
